The farm
After graduating in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of Florence, Tommaso founded his farm in 2003.
Today Tommaso manages the whole production and
commercialization, from cultivating grapevines to harvest, from
bottling to selling, with passion and enthusiasm.
Thanks to the modest production of merely 25.000 bottles a year, and thanks to the restricted extension of the farm, only 3 hectars cultivated with grapevines and olive trees, we are able to take extreme care of every single step that leads to the final aging of the wines in the cellar.
The farm is an organic estate primarily focused on quality wine making and
vineyard management
, and situated close to the town of San Casciano
Val di Pesa, in the hearth of Chianti Classico territory.
The
entire estate is in organic conversion since
2013
and according to these principles, the farm is managed for
sustainability, and all activities are interconnected.
Only
grapes from the farm's own vineyards are
used as ingredients to the DOCG AND IGT certified wines as well as for our extravirgin olive oil.
